|
A program for children from pre-school through third grade that teaches them to tell time in a variety of ways. This life skill program helps them convert digital time to analog time and vice-versa. Difficulty levels can be selected to provide practice in increments of hours, half-hours, 15 minutes, 5 minutes and one minute. Animated rewards "pop out" of the cuckoo clock's doors for each correct answer, 10 correct answers get a silly cartoon.

Animated Alphabet for Windows
Teaches letter sounds using upper and lower case letters. Covers long and short vowels. When the child correctly identifies the letter sound they are rewarded with a silly animation using 3D graphics.
Sound is used extensively to help the child identify letter sounds. Help is available as needed by the student. All menu items and directions are read aloud to the student to help pre-readers navigate and operate the program.

Animated Spelling
Has over 700 words (with sound) and nearly 70 animations (over 120 Meg in the full version). The program has two games - a matching game where the child can hear the word and then match it to a word on the screen, and a spelling game where the student hears the word, then spells it. Help is given as needed to help the child spell the word correctly. Animated movies reward success.

Teaches coin recognition and math skills using US and Canadian coins. The coins are scanned in to be highly recognizable. Animated Beginning Typing
Animated Beginning Typing is designed for young typists, and teaches proper typing technique for the letter keys. Sound effects and animation are used to make learning to type fun (and funny). Help is given with an animated tutorial, a screen to show proper fingering, and an on-screen keyboard which highlights the correct key when needed.

Disables the keyboard, leaving the mouse active. An exit phrase must be entered before the keyboard is reactivated. because they are learning, and they will certainly have fun.
We removed the idea of 'Wrong & Correct' and replaced them
with more entertaining methods, for example in the Maths Game
we have 'Happy Faces' & 'Sad or Mad Faces', obviously the child will want to get the answers correct
to see more 'Happy Faces'.
