Tail4Win is a Windows port of the UNIX 'tail -f' command. It is very useful for monitoring log files of applications - e.g. Apache's error.log and access.log. or IIS, Tomcat, Resin log files. It is very useful for debugging program. OutputDebugString is a Windows debugging API. You can call it in all kinds of programming languages (VC/VB/C++ Builder/Delphi).

Hoo WinTail is a real-time log monitor & viewer for Windows like the UNIX tail -f utility. It can be used to view the end of a growing file. It is ideal for viewing application traces or server logs in real time. You can view the last part of a large file without the need to load the entire file quickly. Kiwi Log Viewer for Windows is a freeware application that displays text based log files in a tabular format. Only a small section of the file is read from disk at a time which saves memory and allows you to view a file that would be too big to fit in memory.
